Gujarat Muslim Yuva Sangathan (GMYS) is committed to transparency and fairness in all financial transactions. This Refund Policy applies to donations, event registrations, program fees, and any other payments made through our website or offline channels.
1. Donations
All donations made to Gujarat Muslim Yuva Sangathan are voluntary and non-refundable. Once a donation is made, it will be used for community welfare, education, and social initiatives. However, in case of any technical error or duplicate payment, we will refund the amount within 7-10 working days after verification.
2. Event Registrations & Program Fees

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event/program will be eligible for a full refund (minus any transaction charges).
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will not be refunded.
No refund will be issued after the event has started.
Refunds will be processed within 10-15 working days.

Please provide your Transaction ID / Receipt Number and reason for refund. All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for partially attended programs or events.
GMYS reserves the right to deny refund requests that violate our terms or appear fraudulent.
